What to Expect

Book Online

Choose your private appointment type, duration, date, and time through the client portal. (Private yoga appointments can be either in-person or via Zoom.) Members can book directly — new clients can create a free account in minutes.

Sign the Liability Waiver

If you are a first-time client, before your first session, you will need to complete and digitally sign an online Liability Waiver before. It's a fast and esay step for everyone's legal protection. This is a simple, one-step process for getting started.

Arrive & Relax

Arrive a few minutes early. Julia will discuss your needs, preferences, and any areas of concern before getting started. This is a private, confidential appointment where your comfort and boundaries are always respected.

Aftercare

Drink plenty of water after your appointment, rest and relax when you can, and give your body time to integrate the work. Mild soreness is normal (a sign of your body's adjustments) and typically resolves within 24 to 48 hours.
