Yoga is a complete practice for the mind, body, and spirit. Taking a mindful approach to yoga, starting where you are now, can help you regain range of motion, heal from injuries, and create more balance in your daily life. My approach aims to introduce you and your body to yoga and pranayama (breath work), through classical, and restorative poses to help improve functional movement, strength, and balance. Small group classes are offered in a safe and supportive environment. All bodies are different, and this yoga is suitable for *almost everyone, all ages, body types, and fitness levels are welcome.
*Affordable private sessions are available and recommended to start with for those living with chronic illness, or recovering from cancer, trauma, or injury. Explore these options.

Chair Yoga is for those who have challenges getting up and down from the floor, have balance issues, are recovering from injury, or want an accessible yoga class! This beginner-friendly class utilizes a chair for support and balance. It blends functional movement with seated and standing poses, aiming to improve range of motion, balance, and overall well-being.
Drop-in attendance to scheduled classes is available. The price is for a onetime group class drop-in.
