These classes are suitable for those living with chronic illness, recovering from cancer, trauma, or injury.
In response to Covid-19, all classes will continue to be offered virtually via Zoom following the reopening of the Yoga Center until social distancing is no longer necessary. Zoom is an amazing web-based video conferencing and classroom tool that you can install on your smartphone and your computer. The app is free and if you've never used it before, you will find it to be very easy to use. And, while social distancing is imperative in our day-to-day lives, using Zoom will allow me to interact with you online using high-quality video and audio.
